Omaha ForUs’ single location improves accessibility and discoverability of programs and support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. We are the first inclusive, sober space dedicated to LGBTQ+ people in the Omaha metro.

Our mission

Omaha ForUs builds intentional community and creates equitable space in service to LGBTQ+ individuals and families of eastern Nebraska and western Iowa.

Omaha ForUs is a small nonprofit organization and does not have the capacity to interview every candidate nor notify every individual of their application status. Team members operate in a trauma-informed work environment, enjoy a 37.5 hour work week, and may access an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as needed.

Clinical supervision is provided at no cost. Team members have access to tuition reimbursement, tuition assistance options, and free and reduced-cost professional development opportunities.
